We stayed Labor Day weekend the condo was amazing so up-to-date and modern and it was immaculate so roomy loved the two rooms double balconies I can't say enough about the cleanliness and it being on the end of the hall it is so quiet easy access to everything it's just a great part of Myrtle Beach in the middle of everything but also on a great side where it's also quiet love the hot tubs outdoor pool and easy access to the beach also love the big screen TVs in the bedroom we so enjoyed our stay we've already booked a stay for next month and are looking at booking another weekend so excited for our next trip

Say hello to clean and cozy at The Landmark Resort. After an extensive renovation, our slice of paradise is getting ready to welcome you. Enjoy two private balconies, one off each bedroom, with ocean views and the sound of the waves. The balconies overlook the ocean, beach access and Myrtle Beach’s popular Ocean Boulevard.
The corner location offers sweeping views and convenient access to the stairway leading to the skybridge between the resort and parking garage. The unit sits away from the elevators and their foot traffic. Its position above street level and at the corner of the building helps reduce road noise and the number of nearby neighbors.
Renovations throughout the condo include a luxurious bathroom, a well-appointed full kitchen and two private bedrooms with new, comfortable furniture and beds. Each bedroom has a queen bed, a queen sleeper sofa and a 75-inch smart TV.
Please note: there is no dedicated separate living room. Each private bedroom also serves as a living area. With sleeping space for up to eight guests, this condo is a comfortable home base for your next beach trip.

Guests can enjoy the listed indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs and lazy rivers, indoor and outdoor kiddie pools, the game room and arcade, indoor sauna, laundry room, and gym/fitness room.
Your stay also includes access to the pool deck, outdoor areas and seating, beach access, and the parking garage with its skybridge to the resort. Free garage parking and two parking passes are included with every rental. The resort and parking garage have 24-hour security.

This condo was an amazing stay! It has two completely separate bedrooms, and each one has its own private balcony, perfect for enjoying both sunrise and sunset over the water. The whole place is clean, comfortable, and very low‑key, which made it feel relaxing from the moment we arrived. The beds are extremely comfortable with both an amazing huge streaming TVs, and the layout is convenient: even if someone is in the bathroom, there are still two sinks available. The full-size refrigerator and full kitchen made meals easy, and everything in the unit worked great. The location is also a huge plus. The elevator is close by, lazy river, indoor and outdoor pools, multiple hot tubs, and the private parking garage across the street makes coming and going simple. There’s even a Walmart just a block away for anything you need during your stay. Overall, this condo has beautiful views, great amenities, and a peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and convenient beach getaway!!
We had such a perfect stay! Everything was very nice and clean. We truly don’t have anything bad to say about this place! What made our stay extra special were the owners. They truly care about their guests and go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and have everything you need. They make you feel welcome and at home, and that personal touch meant a lot. You can tell they take pride in their place and want everyone to have a great experience. We would absolutely recommend staying here and will definitely be coming back!
Excellent condo. We have stayed here twice this year. During the winter we was able to enjoy the indoor heated pool and hot tubes. Came back to the same condo for the 4th of July because we enjoyed our stay some much. The condo was always clean when we showed up and with the full kitchen we was able to save money by cooking ourselves and not having to go out every night.
