Unit 551 layout: two bedrooms and sleeping space for eight
See how two queen beds and two queen sleeper sofas work for a group of up to eight at Unit 551, with one bathroom and no separate living room.

Four queen-size sleeping spaces
Unit 551 has two private bedrooms. Each contains one queen bed and one queen sleeper sofa, giving the condo two queen beds and two queen sleeper sofas in total. Maximum occupancy is eight guests, including children.
Sleeping capacity and personal space are different considerations. Before booking, agree on who will share each sleeping space and which household or group will use each bedroom. A smaller party may prefer to leave the sleeper sofas folded away.
The bedrooms also serve as living areas
There is no dedicated separate living room. Each bedroom includes a 75-inch smart TV and serves as a place to relax as well as sleep. If the sleeper sofa is being used as a bed, plan around the room also being someone’s sleeping area.
For groups with different bedtimes, discuss where evening conversation or television will happen. Guests who need a separate lounge that stays available after everyone goes to bed should consider that requirement before deciding this is the right fit.
One shared full bathroom
The condo has one full bathroom. For a group of eight, agreeing on a morning routine can make getting ready easier. Stagger showers and leave extra time before an outing that requires everyone to be ready together.
If bathroom access, movement around furniture or other accessibility details are important, ask the owner specific questions before booking. A two-bedroom description alone does not establish that the layout will meet an individual mobility need.
Two balconies, one off each bedroom
Both bedrooms have access to a private balcony with ocean views. This gives each sleeping group an outdoor place to enjoy the view. Look through the current photos to understand the spaces and ask the owner about anything the images do not clearly show.
The full kitchen provides a shared place to prepare meals. For a smoother trip, agree on a basic grocery list and a few simple meals instead of bringing duplicate supplies from each household.
A few questions for your group
Discuss these questions together, then include any unresolved needs in the booking request. The owner can help you evaluate the specific condo before payment.
- Who will use each queen bed and each sleeper sofa?
- Does one bathroom work for our morning routine?
- Are we comfortable with bedrooms also serving as living areas?
- Will we use no more than the two included parking passes?
- Have we asked about any equipment or access needs we cannot confirm from the photos?
