Booking with confidence

Booking a Myrtle Beach condo directly: what to check

Compare the full price, condo layout, amenity access and reservation steps before requesting Unit 551 directly from its owner.

Make sure you are comparing the same property

A resort name alone does not tell you which room, layout or view you will receive. Check the exact unit, photos, sleeping arrangements, bathroom count and included amenities. This website is for independently operated Unit 551 at Landmark Resort, 1501 South Ocean Boulevard in Myrtle Beach.

Unit 551 has two private bedrooms, two private ocean-view balconies, a full kitchen and one bathroom. Each bedroom has a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. There is no separate living room. Decide whether that arrangement works for your group before comparing prices.

Compare the complete stay total

Use the same dates and group size when comparing accommodation. A nightly price alone does not show the complete amount payable. On this website, the calendar displays accommodation prices before tax, while the stay estimate itemizes the applicable charges. There is no cleaning fee.

Review the final owner-approved total, payment terms and cancellation policy before paying. Do not assume that booking directly will always be cheaper than another channel: compare the actual offers and what each includes.

Check access and house rules

Two parking passes are included, along with the listed pool and resort amenities subject to operation and availability. The waterpark across the street is excluded, and restaurant and bar purchases on the property are not guaranteed.

Read the current house rules and confirm any special requirements with the owner. Count adults and children toward the eight-person occupancy limit. Ask about mobility requirements, arrival timing or equipment before committing to the stay.

Understand request, approval and confirmation

First, send a request with your dates, group size, vehicle count and questions. Sending the form does not reserve or hold dates. The owner reviews availability and provides the final quote and terms.

After approval, your private request page provides the available payment step. Successful payment confirms your stay. Keep the complete private request link to yourself, because it provides access to your reservation details. Share the public condo page or a guide with friends instead.

Save the practical details

After confirmation, save the owner’s contact information, arrival instructions, parking arrangement and checkout details. If traveling with another household, agree on the sleeping plan and arrival timing before the trip.

The trip planner is useful for packing and group preparation. It is a personal checklist only; completing it does not send a booking request or change a reservation.

Make Unit 551 your beach base.

Two bedrooms, two private balconies and ocean views. Review the photos and current details, then request dates that suit your group.
