Planning a family condo stay in Myrtle Beach
Plan a family stay at Landmark Resort Unit 551: sleeping arrangements for eight, kitchen meals, two parking passes and realistic pool-day plans.

Start with the sleeping arrangements
Count everyone in your group, including children, before choosing dates. Unit 551 accommodates up to eight guests in two private bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa, making four queen-size sleeping spaces in total. There is one shared full bathroom.
The bedrooms also serve as living areas; there is no separate living room. A useful way to plan is to assign each bedroom to a family or sleeping group, then decide who will use each bed and sofa. If someone needs an early bedtime, plan evening TV time around that person.
Make the first morning easy
A full kitchen gives you an alternative to taking the whole group out for every meal. Plan a short arrival grocery list: breakfast ingredients, simple lunches, drinks and snacks for the beach. Ask the owner about particular cookware or supplies before packing duplicates.
Each bedroom has its own private balcony with ocean views. Leave time for a quiet breakfast before gathering the group. Pack beach bags the night before so the morning does not become a search for towels and chargers.
Leave room for changes of pace
A day with children often works better with one main activity and a flexible afternoon. Alternate beach time with a meal in the condo or one of the listed resort pools and lazy rivers. Confirm operating hours, temporary closures and supervision rules before making plans.
The waterpark across the street is not included for Unit 551 guests. Purchases at on-site restaurants and bars are not guaranteed, so make a separate meal plan rather than relying on resort dining.
Coordinate the two-car arrival
Two parking passes are included. The parking garage connects to the resort by a skybridge. Share the confirmed arrival instructions with both drivers before leaving home, and keep the owner’s contact information available.
Ask about any mobility needs, child-specific equipment or early arrival before booking. Do not assume a crib, accessible layout or extra parking is available. The owner can help you decide whether this particular condo suits your group.
Send one complete request
Agree on arrival and departure dates, total adults and children, and your vehicle count. Add any special arrangements to the booking notes. A request does not hold dates: the owner reviews it, provides a final quote and terms, and the stay is confirmed only after approval and successful payment.
